Responsibilities
- Filter sales applications and call to setup interviews for viable applicants
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Help with tasks that pertain company growth assigned from your manager
- Support team members with clerical tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and report preparation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and staff, ensuring effective communication on social media.
- Help create consistent content for business social media pages and website
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while managing to prioritize and delegate completion effectively
