What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the face of Imperium Roofing in your territory. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Door-to-door canvassing

• Educating homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims

• Managing your own client relationships and pipeline

• Overseeing projects in the field and ensuring client satisfaction

• Communicating with customers and company staff throughout each job

• Collaborating with a winning team to grow new territories

Compensation & Expectations

• 1099 Independent Contractor Role

• Commission-only — no cap on your earnings

• 1st Year Potential: $110,000–$200,000

• Long-term potential: $250,000

• Work 40–50 hours/week (flexible scheduling, but full-time hustle required)

• CRM/Software Tools Provided: JobNimbus, CompanyCam, WhatsApp

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- 3–5 years of sales experience Required (roofing experience is a big plus)

- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and ready to grow

- Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation (preferably a truck)

- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders and get on roofs (ladder required)

- Willingness to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods daily

- Excellent time management and communication skills

- A team-player mindset and strong moral values
