DIRECTOR, GLOBAL REAL ESTATE & WORKPLACE reporting to the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis. The Director of Global Real Estate & Workplace will be a key leader within Imperva, focused on orchestrating site selection and management of offices located throughout the world for a $300M and growing hybrid software license and SaaS company. The Director of Global Real Estate will collaborate very closely with executive team members and site leaders throughout the world. This is a full-time position based in the Redwood Shores, CA headquarters office and will manage an HQ-based facilities team.
The Director, Global Real Estate will be responsible for the following primary responsibilities :
- Coordinate office site-selection with executive team members and local leaders. Present best alternatives using quantitative and qualitative analysis, and drive the executive alignment and decision-making process.
- Assume budgetary responsibility for facilities costs including long-range planning and annual operating plan development and management to include new office buildouts, capital improvements, and associated operating expenses associated with each site.
- Develop and maintain internal management reports and analytics related to the global real estate portfolio, aligning to key industry metrics and benchmarks.
- Work cross-functionally across the company, with particular focus on teamwork with local / regional leaders.
- Develop headcount forecast-by-location process to ensure the real estate portfolio can accommodate changes in headcount.
- Lead the facilities support team in the corporate headquarters. Provide coaching, mentorship and career growth within Imperva.
- Assemble global vendor / partner eco-system to deliver new locations and expansion projects.
- Lead the design, development, and roll-out of global design guidelines and rules of thumb.
- Develop environmental branding program to ensure Imperva's brand, culture, and product are celebrated throughout our space.
- Streamline workflow processes as needed.
