Job Title: Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate (with Light Laser Machine Operation & Warehouse Cleaning)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain warehouse organization, and assist with occasional laser machine operation and light cleaning. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving (Primary Role):
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments.
- Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately.
- Generate shipping documents and coordinate with carriers.
- Ensure shipments comply with domestic and international shipping regulations.
Warehouse & Inventory Support:
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Assist with order fulfillment, picking and packing items for shipment.
- Perform light cleaning duties to keep the warehouse clean and organized (sweeping, trash disposal, keeping work areas tidy).
Light Laser Machine Operation (Minimal Role):
- Occasionally operate a laser engraving machine for specialty hand tools (training provided).
- Perform basic setup and ensure engraving accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to use shipping software and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift experience (or willingness to learn) is a plus.
