PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Leads the development of overall client strategic plans and goals in conjunction with strategy teams.
- Manages client budgets
- Leads and manage tactical / brand planning work streams
- Provides leadership and serves as a role model for team members, providing clear direction, inspiring action, creating growth opportunities and fostering a culture of collaboration across team functions.
- Supervises and provides overall leadership and direction in recommending short-term and long-range goals and objectives for assigned clients.
- Responsible for the fiscal management of assigned client budget. Accountable for the development, management and evaluation of operating budget, and for achieving objectives while operating within budgeted expense targets.
- Ensures that the client and agency comply with all FDA regulations, copyright laws, confidentiality issues and ethical standards within the profession.
- Responsible for keeping agency leadership informed on the status of accounts, including challenges, opportunities, staffing needs, plans and meetings.
