Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring high-quality staffing solutions, and supporting the overall business objectives within the healthcare staffing sector. This role requires strong client service skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned facility clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at SNFs, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess staffing needs, resolve concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective Provider placements.
Business Growth & Account Expansion:
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to meet client demands.
- Provide insights on industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
Operational & Performance Management:
- Ensure that staffing placements meet client expectations and standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, retention, and client satisfaction.
- Assist in forecasting staffing needs and workforce planning based on client demand.
- Provide reports and updates to the Director of Account Management regarding account performance.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with recruitment, sales, and operations teams to streamline processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and staffing requirements in CRM systems.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive business growth.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing industry trends, compliance, and workforce solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
