IMS is seeking an Assistant Account Executive for our Skokie, IL office. The AAE will be a part of a team responsible for managing a high volume of projects, from job initiation to final execution.

Salary range for this job is $45,000 to $58,000 - the salary range provided in this job posting is an estimate based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be based on knowledge skills, experience and location and other relevant factors, such as certifications that may be desired for this role.

What’s the Opportunity?
IMS is seeking an Assistant Account Executive for our Skokie, IL office. The AAE will be a part of a team responsible for managing a high volume of projects, from job initiation to final execution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering superior service to external and internal teams, including but not limited to Account Team, Client Services, Production and Finance
- Supporting the Account Team with preparation for client quarterly ordering portal launches; responsibilities include but not limited to quarterly portal setup, SKU assignment, image management, budget preparation, proofreading
- Responsible for oversight of on-demand items and ordering site
- Preparing internal/external reporting documents as requested by account team
- Assisting with preparation of templates for bulk orders and uploading to IMS system
- Proactively providing resolution for client issues or concerns
- Providing follow up support for other team members and assisting in various special assignments as needed
- Managing daily warehouse receiving and item nonconformance issues
- High school diploma required; higher-education degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in agency, ASI, or marketing services industry
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight timelines
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks effectively and efficiently
- Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
