Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the IT PMO office.
- Define & enforce best practices and implement policies and procedures for compliance to ensure companywide IT PMO standards.
- Managing projects in a hybrid environment using Agile and Waterfall techniques.
- Manage project priorities, scope, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
- Provide management with regular communication on the progress of projects and other initiatives.
- Orchestrate and lead project meetings. Provide recaps and action plans.
- Resolving complex IT project related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
- Responsible for recommending staffing plans and skill sets on a per project basis.
- Coordinate intradepartmental projects and resources.
- Leading refinement sessions with teammates around backlog items.
- Work with Project Managers to develop, drive and implement project goals on their projects.
- Manage deadlines and push project teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Communicate regularly with management and business stakeholders to keep the projects aligned with their goals. Clearly call out risk, recommendations, and adjustments when necessary.
- Develop policy documentation and training materials where applicable.
- Training and mentoring the project managers to ensure they follow the IT PMO standards.
- Training the IT Department and stakeholders on policies and procedures.
- Maintaining Jira and plugins related to it, to align with the PMO standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, administration, business management or related areas.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in project-centric environment
- Experience organizing and conducting consulting and training sessions.
- A strong knowledge of Jira.
- Expert using Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Expert using Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing via a hybrid methodology.
- Experience organizing and conducting consulting and training sessions.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain principles as well as B2B ecommerce ordering
- Microsoft Office software proficiency
- Strong organizational, time-management and analytical skills
- Critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills including ability to recognize risks and issues and initiate escalation and mitigation actions
- Self-directed, adaptable attitude with strong work ethic and ability to multi-task while accommodating shifting priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively craft and deliver key messages to all levels of the organizations.

- Previous Confluence experience
