Conveyor Automation Technician I

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Conveyor Automation Technician I, located in our Chino, CA warehouse. This person will perform preventative and predictive maintenance of automated conveyors; may perform other warehouse functions as needed.

• Preventative and predictive maintenance of automated conveyers, to include maintaining records of work performance
• Diagnosis and repair of automated conveyors
• Maintaining PLC and HMI systems for product routing
• Use Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) including basic and ladder logic to read/write basic wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to diagnosis and correct problems

• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Four (4) days per week, rotating schedule
• Weekend and holiday availability required; Overtime as necessary

The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1 years programmable PLC knowledge (required)
• 1 years - Diagnosis and repair of automated conveyors (required)
• 1-2 years experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse experience (preferred)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Dependable and Reliable; Excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
• Physical Demands/Requirements
• • Ability to lift a minimum of 60-75 lbs.
  • Ability to work with heavy machinery
