Title: Process Engineer
Duration: 6-month contract
Location: Minster, OH
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in engineering systems design within a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing projects across multiple plants is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of high-speed packaging systems design and integrated automation and controls technology.
Familiarity with dairy process engineering and relevant standards (e.g., PMO, 3A).
Proficiency in project management, including budgeting, risk analysis, and resource management.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to quickly assess, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours during installation or project-critical periods.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, FDA) and methodologies such as TQM and Six Sigma is preferred.
