Inaba Foods (USA) Inc., is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and coordinate all sales activities in an assigned region or division.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing grocery chain as well as specialized channels in the pet category.
- Drive market strategies and brand awareness to increase sales growth and profitability.
- Close new sales by building rapport with potential accounts and identifying needs for products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the USA Sales team on new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate profitable pricing and / or terms of sales.
- Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Provide and report sales forecasts, results, and the status of accounts and leads for the region or division.
- Analyze sales accounts by reviewing current and potential volumes of distributors within the defined area.
- Manage and train local and regional sales teams.
- Manage expenses to stay within budgeted guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date with competition by gathering and researching market trends.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics, ensuring compliance within the team and representing the company professionally.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
