INAMAX is a leading management consulting firm operating multiple gaming and retail companies across several states. We offer retailers the expertise needed to add or improve current terminal gaming operations, such as COAM, VLT, and VGT. We help our partners successfully manage risk while adding a highly profitable revenue stream and leveraging underutilized space.
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements for companies
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for companies
- Assist in Month-End variance analysis
- Reconcile all company’s bank accounts daily
- Review/reconcile intercompany transactions
- Submit monthly Intercompany settlement requests
- Assist with 1099’s preparation
- Record fixed asset transactions
- Update accounting processes as needed to maintain accounting records efficiently
- Create logical document retention structure to enable self and others to quickly, and accurately, find relevant document
- Other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- 3 years’ experience with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central)
- Experience in working with multiple entities
- Experience with Month End Close, JE’s
- Experience working in a small or mid-sized companies
- Intermediate Excel Skills (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Windows Office Suite
- Attention to detail and follow-through
