Position: Controller

Summary:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Controller to join their team! This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing accounting team, oversee financial reporting, and drive process improvements. The Controller will ensure financial integrity, compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and the optimization of critical accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure all financial statements and reports are prepared in compliance with IFRS, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across accounting workflows, including automation, standardization, and optimization of processes.
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Oversee shared services for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring efficient processing of payments and collections.
• Prepare and analyze weekly cash flow forecasts, assessing potential risks and ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Maintain adherence to internal financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits and filings.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in IFRS and/or US GAAP accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience managing shared services (AP/AR) and cash flow forecasting.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA certification (preferred).
• Manufacturing or corporate reporting experience.
• Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven, or multinational environments.
