Compensation:

• Salary Range: $85K - $128K
• This is a permanent position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Position: Senior Systems Administrator

Inceed has partnered with a great organization to help find a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in maintaining and enhancing a robust IT infrastructure, including enterprise systems and equipment. The position offers a chance to collaborate with key stakeholders and play an integral part in achieving business objectives by ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the organization's IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and operation of enterprise IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise in capacity planning, security configuration, and issue resolution.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to system operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with systems architects, IT stakeholders, and leadership to meet organizational needs.
• Supervise and perform tasks such as testing, documentation, and system upgrades.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong expertise in VMware and Windows Server within an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience in adopting forward-thinking cybersecurity approaches.
• Familiarity with system testing, documentation, and maintenance processes.
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with data center micro-segmentation tools like VMware NSX-T and security services such as WAF, Firewall, and SIEM.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace management tools or Microsoft Office 365/Azure Workspace.
• Collaborative, customer-focused problem-solving skills within IT infrastructure teams.
