Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
· Maintain and update employee records.
· Manage and process FMLA requests
· Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
· Help enforce company compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
· Complete employee coaching requests from clients and prepares necessary documentation.
· Collect and document statements from employees when terminated.
· Complete I9 verification calls and I9 forms
Office Management Duties:
· Oversee daily office operations and facility maintenance.
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment.
· Print RFP packets and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in HR and/or office administration.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases (e.g., ADP).
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Smartsheet.
· Discretion and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
