Job Title: Construction Foreman
Job Description: Our Construction Foremen are responsible for the full range of construction, as well as managing a crew of up to 5 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors to complete jobs on time and within budget
- Ensures all safety protocols are followed, and has a strong knowledge of safety and code requirements
- Read/follow blueprints and building plans
- Work with a variety of materials including wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall and steel
- Review quality of work completed to ensure it meets our standards of performance
- Work with prefabricated buildings
Requirements:
- This candidate is a leader and a team player
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow instructions
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to perform physical activities including lifting (50lbs), bending, standing, climbing and walking.
- Must be able to use manual tools and power equipment common in the construction trade
