Key Responsibilities:
- Medicare Expertise: Acts as the primary point of contact for Medicare-related marketing and business development initiatives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Medicare processes, Advantage plans, systems, and requirements. Must understand different plans, ,vs traditional Medicare.
- Referral Generation: Build and maintain strong relationships with Medicare representatives and organizations to drive referrals and grow our presence in the community.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote home health services specifically tailored to Medicare recipients and their unique needs.
- Outreach & Networking: Attend focused events, engage with community organizations, and identify partnership opportunities to increase visibility and referral sources.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the healthcare landscape. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including clinical staff and leadership, to align marketing efforts with service capabilities and company goals.
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 2 years working directly with Medicare, and all Advantage plans in a marketing, business development, or similar role, with a proven track record of driving business within this space.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare systems, referral pathways, and the unique needs. Understands the need to remain compliant to all Medicare marketing regulations. Experience in the home health industry is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and engage with Medicare stakeholders.
- Location & Flexibility: Must reside in Florida and be willing to travel as needed to meet with offices, organizations, and other necessary travel.
- Competitive salary , commensurate with experience.
- Mileage and/or vehicle allowance negotiable based on travel requirements.
