As our Complex Mobility Sales Executive, you'll immerse yourself in networking, building relationships, and rapidly expanding your portfolio. You'll engage in critical discussions with healthcare facilities, introducing them to our innovative safe patient chair solutions and addressing their pressing needs. Backed by our award-winning products and unwavering team support, you'll drive sales and deliver impactful solutions.
You'll serve as both a sales development specialist and an account executive, responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless solutions delivery. We're looking for compelling communicators who can bring our concepts to life and inspire action.
As the Complex Mobility Sales Executive, you'll manage and grow a book of business for safe patient chair placements in your defined territory. You'll focus on lead generation, customer service enhancement, and referral growth, all while adhering to company regulations and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize a proven Barton Chair playbook and warm leads to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Prioritize opportunities and manage multiple call points effectively.
- Conduct compelling and provocative communication to engage clients and prospects.
- Work closely with the Director of Business Development to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Required Experience:
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience in home health, hospice, or durable medical equipment (DME) industry is a plus.
- Outside sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 120-140 pounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
