Key Responsibilities:
Direct Support to Leadership
- Provide direct support to the President and leadership team by managing high-priority projects and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to support leadership in business expansion efforts.
- Act as a bridge between leadership and various departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Assist in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and operational excellence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our healthcare programs and staffing services.
- Implement strategic marketing, sales, and recruitment initiatives to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and community organizations.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Manage internal and external communications, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Maintain and organize client and staff records with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule key events, including wellness programs, CPR training, health screenings, job fairs, and immunization clinics.
- Oversee financial processes, including billing, invoicing, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Optimize office operations by managing supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Program Coordination & Performance Optimization
- Lead the planning and execution of wellness programs, screenings, and health initiatives.
- Analyze program effectiveness, track outcomes, and implement improvements.
- Ensure seamless scheduling and communication between staff and clients.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
Client & Staff Engagement
- Oversee and optimize scheduling for field staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Act as a liaison between administration, clinical teams, and support staff to enhance communication and collaboration.
- Respond to inquiries, referrals, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Strengthen relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
Technology & Innovation
- Utilize CRM (Hubspot) and database tools to track client interactions, monitor program success, and enhance outreach.
- Maintain and update website content and digital communications to improve visibility.
- Manage hotline operations, oversee appointment bookings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Expertise in relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels in the organization.
