- $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Our Ticket Attendants play a key role on our team and at our wash. They have product knowledge of the services we provide, acknowledge every customer and provide solutions for them including recommendations on detailing and information about our Unlimited Membership Program. You’re the first interaction our customer has at our car wash and it is important that you set the bar high and start off the customer with an exceptional experience.

Job Duties:
- Greet and acknowledge every customer
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Suggestive selling of Unlimited Membership Programs & Details
- Possess product knowledge and pricing
- Provide solutions and answers to customers driving into the wash
- Safely direct customers into lanes and vacuum stations (lane management)
- Keep the ticketing station clean and tidy
- Communicate and coordinate with detail team to meet customer needs
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bilingual is a must! (Spanish)
- Eligible and neat handwriting
- An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills
- Must be Dependable, Friendly, Responsible, and a Great Team Player
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast paced environment
