Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Processes and maintains official degree and student progression records; answers specific questions regarding records; ensures that records are accurate and complete; and investigates and resolves any questions or discrepancies.
- May process and approve official documents including transcripts and electronic progression forms.
- Certifies completion of degree requirements.
- Communicates with graduate departments staff and solves problems quickly.
