Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Supports operational needs of the University Registrar by creating, maintaining, and running reports to enable business processes.
- Leverages knowledge of SQL and Perl to create timely and accurate reports.
- Reviews business processes and seeks to streamline efforts by reducing steps and seeking opportunities for automation, and measures the impact of improvements.
- Uses Power Automate to execute business processes in the Student Information System.
- Provides assistance with compliance reporting efforts, including the National Student Clearinghouse reporting.
- Receives service tickets and requests from both internal team members and campus partners and provides direct assistance in a timely manner.
- Participates in cross-training efforts and works together with team members across UES to provide University Registrar support for projects that require inter-unit collaboration.
- Performs test scripts to support system updates and systems implementations.
