Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and maintains Power Apps solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Integrates Power Apps with Microsoft services (Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint) and develops custom connectors.
- Manages Dataverse objects, ensures database integrity, and maintains workflows connected to external data sources.
- Creates, tests, debugs, and optimizes scripts, procedures, and triggers for applications.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivers break / fix solutions.
- Ensures application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicates solutions effectively.
- Stays updated on Power Apps features and document workflows, best practices, and operational procedures.
- Implements application improvements and manages deployment of new functionality.
- Builds trust and maintains strong relationships with clients and technical teams.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodation.
Work Location
Bloomington, Indiana
This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule (mix between remote and in-person work), subject to change in the future based on university policy and business needs.
