The Director Operations, Riley Hospital oversees, plans, guides and evaluates the operational activities related to clinical services provided to Eskenazi Health and other departments as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.

Reports to: Vice President Strategy and Planning Riley Hospital
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be selected from a diverse pool and will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in health or business administration or a relevant field of study. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years management or operational experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.
- Experience in multiple physician or facility setting preferred.
- Must have strong analytical, communication, and organization skills.
- Requires interpersonal; negotiation and presentation skills; with the ability to lead groups and programs.
