Office Administrator for Indianhead Truck Equipment
Job Type: Full-time. This is an office environment with a private office for the incumbent which is fully equipped with the necessary tools for success.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Work Location, Menomonie Wisconsin Industrial Park, in person, non-hybrid
What We’re Looking For:
· An individual who is highly organized and experienced in office administration.
· A person with experience in the truck, auto or agricultural equipment industry is a plus but not required.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience in office administrator, with a strong ability to support a dynamic team
· Written and verbal communication skills to foster clear and compassionate interactions
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure seamless daily operations
· Capacity to delegate effectively while maintaining a supportive and positive workplace culture
· Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations
· Financial proficiency, including experience with QuickBooks (bookkeeping, payroll, bill payments, tax preparation, bank account management)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and maintenance of spreadsheets and practice statistics
· Oversight of office facilities, equipment, and supply management to maintain an efficient and effective work environment
· Coordination and facilitation of meetings with partners, clients, and employees
· Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence to maintain clear communication within Company
· Commitment to ensuring an organized, productive, and heart-centered office environment
Compensation & Benefits:
· $45,000 - $55,000 training wage, with reassessment after six months
· 401(k) with profit sharing to invest in your future
