Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and insurance providers.
- Account Strategy: Develop and execute tailored strategies to meet client needs, ensuring the successful delivery of products or services that enhance the client’s business operations.
- Project Management: Oversee the progress of client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling, to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving any issues, concerns, or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure the successful execution of client initiatives.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications, project timelines, and progress. Provide regular reports to senior management on account status and growth potential.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities in the healthcare sector to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
