- This role is critical to our organization's success as we strive to deliver best-in-class customer experiences through our Contact Center and supporting functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our employees and customers.
- Create new and improve existing training resources, including instructor-led training modules, standard operating procedures, job aids, assessments, and eLearning assets.
- Facilitate instructor-led and on-the-job training programs, demonstrations, meetings, and workshops leveraging existing and new training resources, systems, and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest training methods, techniques, and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver exceptional training experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least five years of progressive training experience.
- Demonstrated ability to create and facilitate technical and operational training programs and material for classroom and e-learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related program software.
