Job Title: Contract Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to serve as the primary customer interface for contracting matters. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining trust and ensuring compliance with contractual terms while working closely with government and commercial customers. You will also collaborate with internal teams, including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review incoming paperwork and process units within 24 hours
- Manage contractual relationships with aerospace customers
- Work with customers to obtain quote approvals and resolve accounts receivable issues
- Ensure proper communication and compliance with contractual obligations
- Collaborate with International Trade Compliance to meet import/export regulations
- Support financial goals, including payment terms and cash collection
- Coordinate hardware demand with customers and demand management teams
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of experience OR 9 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365, PowerPoint & Excel
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP
- Financial experience, including contract pricing
- Aerospace industry experience
