Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and providing excellent service to patrons in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
- Assist in catering events as needed, providing beverage service to guests in various settings.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems such as Aloha for efficient order processing.
- Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.99 - $14.90 per hour
