ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of accounts payable/accounts receivable experience preferred
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
KEY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and process invoices
- Process expense reports from employees
- Audit and process credit card bills
- Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed
- Maintain files and documentation in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Assist with data entry and with other duties as assigned
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Professional office environment
- Temperature-controlled
- Requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods
