Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails. Understanding market and customer demands. Representing the image of our client and providing excellent customer service. Preparing sales quotations and maintaining good communication. Routing qualified leads to the appropriate external sales executives. Analyzing market opportunities to maximize sales margins. Maintaining CRM opportunities and keeping them updated. Scope
Sourcing new sales opportunities through various channels. Developing a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. Representing our client’s brand professionally. Preparing and following up on sales quotations. Routing leads to external sales representatives. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database. Major / Key Accountabilities
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Understanding customer, product, and industry trends. Gathering competitive supplier quotations. Establishing relationships with key suppliers. Preparing and submitting sales quotes. Offering after-sales support and product add-ons. Monitoring and meeting key sales performance indicators (KPIs). Providing technical solutions and assisting with product design. Following up on quotations to secure profitable orders. Ensuring customer details and opportunities are up-to-date in the CRM. Analyzing sales costs and making pricing recommendations. Preparing pricing and sales reports for business strategy. Upselling additional products and services. Achieving set sales targets and contributing to business growth. Challenges / Problem Solving
Developing product knowledge. Ensuring accurate data input. Problem-solving in a dynamic environment. Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Quickly responding to customer RFQs. Reading and interpreting technical drawings. Being available for on-call responsibilities after hours. Authority / Decision Making
