Ineos Automotive are seeking a dynamic, results driven Head of Business Development who will be responsible for spearheading our growth in the Americas. This high-impact role will collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President and the commercial leadership team, demanding a strategic thinker with proven Automotive OEM experience to shape and execute our commercial and product strategy.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Drive the Americas business strategy In collaboration with the Americas executive team and alongside the global commercial team
- Cultivate and evolve strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners such as captive banking and insurance partners
- Identify and develop new sales and partnership opportunities for INEOS Automotive across the United States, Canada and Mexico
- Define the future product, offer and pricing strategies for the Americas market
- Establish and oversee robust program management processes, including planning, governance, and reporting, to track progress and identify potential roadblocks
- Develop comprehensive business plans, incorporating financial models, for new ventures and partnerships, considering macroeconomic factors, industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against program milestones
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing multi functional team
