- Candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar marketing automation platforms as Data Engineer
- Candidate should have working experience in Production Support team with AJO or similar marketing automation platforms
- Candidate should be able to troubleshoot data-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize downtime
- Candidate should have strong SQL skills to manage and query the data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for campaigns.
- Candidate should have good understanding of how to read personalization fields within communication templates
- Candidate should maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, configurations, and known issues.
- Candidate should be able to handle incidents related to AJO admin activities such as user access management, issues related to channels like Email, SMS, Push notification etc.
- Candidate should be able to monitor the platform daily, report any issues identified, analyses them, and fix them within the agreed SLAs.
