What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learn How to Wholesale and Invest in Real Estate position at Infinite Home Solutions?
Looking to candidates to to train/coach in a commission based role (Very high commissions) as we expand our Real Estate Investing operation into other states.
We buy rentals, we fix and flip properties, and we wholesale properties.
This is a in house sales role. you will be working for us and there will be set hours and KPIs to be eligible for commissions and for training.
We completed 140 contracts last year and have 16 this year.
You will be working for us and learning the Real Estate Investing Business in its entirety.

How to build buyers lists
How to disposition properites
This isn't a part time role. you mist have some prior sales experience and have a winning mindset.
Mist people fail because this isn't easy work to be consistent with Real estate Investing- it takes patience, time, and a winning mindset. you must be coachable and you mist be someone who is looking to grow and learn.
People with Real Estate Licenses are encouraged to apply as well.

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
