Requirements:

• Closed at least 13 real estate deals (wholesale, flip, or creative)
  
  
• Strong understanding of wholesaling, flipping, BRRRR, buy & hold
  
  
• Basic knowledge of creative finance (subject-to, seller finance, etc.)
  
  
• Must live near or be willing to work full-time from Fresno office
  
  
• Must be obsessed with personal growth and real estate investing
