Job Overview
Looking for a friendly outgoing front desk person to fill a gap in our customer service needs. Should have an interest in fitness.
Responsibilities include:
- Calling new inquiries- selling rehab services using script
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering any questions from emails or phone calls or texts
- Answering the phone as allowed or returning calls within 24 hours
- Checking Insurance Benefits and relaying information to client
- Update CRM
- Adding to our email system
- Weekly Newsletter scheduling
- Physical and Cleaning Tasks:
- Light cleaning at the end of each shift, including vacuuming and wiping down surfaces.
- Perform monthly inventory checks and order supplies as needed.
- Run errands such as post office, grocery store, and misc. pick-ups.
Avg- 15-20 hours per week.
- Healthcare/ Insurance knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of out of network cash based rehab
- Knowledge of PracticeQ Management Software a plus
- Extensive training available
