Infiniti is looking for a full-time Service Lane Coordinator to help support our service team and provide customers with exceptional experiences. No experience needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and great with customer service.

Duties:
- Greets all service customers promptly in a very friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience with all interactions and employee contacts
- Maintains a clean and safe service area in service drive, shop, and lot
- Assists in daily/weekly cleaning tasks including shop and commons areas (trash, floors etc)
- Performs Lot related duties - Checking lot and new/used vehicles daily and keeping in professional quality in both cleanliness and organization
- Assists work family as needed
- Spends quality time building relationships with the customers
- Other administrative and backup tasks which may require some help throughout the year deemed by SM or GSM. (Helping with follow up calls, scanning, etc)
- Back up in clean up area – Assists with detailing/reconditioning used and new vehicles for lot and delivery
Requirements:
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Maintaining a positive, can-do, self-motivated attitude
- Fast mover and multi-tasker
- Impeccable attendance and promptness
- Available to work Monday – Friday, from 8am to 5:00pm (may require Saturday availability in future)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean record – Pre-Employment Background Check Required
- Drug FREE workplace – Pre-Employment Drug Screening Required
