Title: Account Coordinator – Client Services

Reports To: VP – Client Strategies

General Purpose of Job:

Support Infinity Direct clients in achieving their business objectives by serving as an extension of their Marketing Team; developing a thorough understanding of their business and providing innovative solutions that result in a profitable partnership grounded in trust, integrity, leadership and teamwork. Contribute to Infinity’s efforts in the development of data-driven marketing strategies for current and prospective clients, through proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Understand and advocate the Infinity Process in the areas of program diagnostics, audience development, program strategy, campaign planning & execution, channel integration and performance optimization.

Key Objectives of this position are:

Under supervision of the account team leadership, provide overall day-to-day customer service and administrative needs to ensure the effective execution of client marketing plans, while simultaneously creating an excellent client experience and increasing Infinity’s value proposition as an integrated marketing services solution provider in the eyes of its client’s.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively perform and coordinate the day-to-day execution of assigned client account activity as a natural extension of the Infinity Client Services Team.
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions, and effectively solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in order to complete a variety of solutions within set time.
  • Collaborate with Infinity Client Services Team to assess client/prospect marketing strategies and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Account team leadership in executing current client marketing strategies and opportunities within the assigned accounts.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders, especially client team leadership, and act as primary support in the execution of direct mail and multichannel campaigns.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentation material for client proposals, program & campaign reporting, quarterly reviews, and ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Proactively accumulate knowledge and awareness of industry best practices and emerging trends and persuasively evangelize these to stakeholders as required to facilitate healthy growth.
  • Make informed marketing recommendations derived from data-driven insights and research for the purpose of creating optimal performance and cost marketing strategies and plans.
  • Support the successful evolution of the Infinity business by being an agent of change; appropriately challenge the status quo and proactively questioning existing best practices to ensure that necessary changes are proactively identified and acted upon.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding and expectance using the Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as trade journals and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers or employees of organization as well as external industry partners.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Agency experience and/or experience with the management of direct marketing execution (analytics, reporting, print, lettershop, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
