Position Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive our phone sales team in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. In this role, you will actively engage in making 100 calls a day to sell POS systems and offer merchants nationwide cost-effective solutions to lower their credit card processing fees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve aggressive sales targets through daily outreach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and reach potential clients.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and follow-up on leads to drive sales growth.
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and motivate the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and optimize sales campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in credit card processing or payment solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
- Knowledge of POS systems and credit card processing is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission structure based on performance.
Work Schedule:
- Onsite position in Castle Hayne, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
