Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, answering questions and providing assistance with products or services.
- Offer solutions to customer issues or concerns, ensuring satisfaction with each interaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system and follow up when necessary.
- Provide product or service information and guide customers through troubleshooting or inquiries.
- Meet performance goals for call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly phone demeanor.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask and use computer systems effectively during customer interactions.
