Position Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the face of Inflatable World USA. Your primary role is to ensure each guest receives a warm welcome, outstanding service, and an unforgettable experience from entry to exit. This role requires a proactive, people-first attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist with check-ins, party bookings, ticket sales, and waiver processing using our point-of-sale and reservation systems.
• Guide guests through facility rules and safety protocols to ensure a safe play environment.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Support party setup and breakdown, helping to maintain a clean and organized event space.
• Monitor play areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless guest flow during peak hours and special events.
• Maintain knowledge of all services, packages, and promotions to educate and upsell when appropriate.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on collaboration, fun, and operational excellence.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
