Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Configure ServiceNow PSDS to meet specific requirements.
- Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
- Provide support for ongoing and recurring IT security audits of the system.
- Develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and manage Service Catalog items.
- Collaborate with program/project management teams to develop technical solutions, define requirements, and participate in design review sessions.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Ability to design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements (written and verbal).
- Troubleshooting/debugging experience for applications and platform-related issues using system logs and debugging tools.
- Proficiency in browser-based debugging tools (Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc.).
- Experience conducting demos and gathering feedback from client stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an Agile project management environment.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral), including conducting meetings and work sessions.
- Experience handling data conversion, real-time/batch data integration, mapping, transformations, bulk import/export, mass updates, and exception handling.
Technical Experience:
- 5 years of ServiceNow development experience using server- and client-side APIs.
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development (Forms, Workflows, Service Portal).
- 3 years of experience in role/group-based ACL configuration and debugging.
- 2 years of experience building custom workflows.
- 2 years of experience in Service Portal development (e.g., Widgets, Service Portal Pages, AngularJS).
- 2 years of general IT experience (consulting experience preferred).
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ITIL V3 Foundations Certification.
