The Radiation Therapist will work closely with medical professionals to follow patient treatment plans. This role is critical in providing exceptional care to cancer patients of all ages who require radiation therapy.
**Department Overview**
The Radiation Oncology Program is accredited by the American College of Radiology and offers cutting-edge technology, including three linear accelerators, a CT simulator, and a High Dose Rate brachytherapy unit.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians
- Work closely with medical professionals to follow patient treatment plans
- Ensure the highest standards of care and safety for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
**Requirements**
- Current Hawaii State license as a Radiation Therapist
- Current certification in CPR at Healthcare Professional level
- Experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred
