Position: IT Disaster Recovery Analyst (Hybrid work- 2 days onsite – 3 days remote)
Location: White Plains, New York 10601
Duration: 12 month contract Possibility of Extension
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Manage coordination with technical units and application owners dedicated to DR to ensure procedures and configurations are maintained and updated and influence technology services lifecycle roadmaps to ensure appropriate resiliency of people, process, and technology.
Assist with the communication of changes and updates to resiliency strategies and capability maturity of all facets of IT Resiliency services with all relevant Compnay functions and leaders.
- Stay current on technology aspects of IT Resiliency services and DR professional practices and industry trends to assist in the continual development and maintenance of a resilient DR plan
• Assist disaster recovery efforts, ensuring appropriate resources are engaged, and the incident is resolved within the agreed-upon service-level agreements (SLAs) or Recovery Time Objective (RTO)
Coordinate Disaster Recovery testing, including scheduling, execution, monitoring, and review of DR tests. Responsible for developing project plans and test scenarios by working with respective IT and Business teams for DR drills required by policy.
Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, engineering or related technical or business discipline.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Crisis management, Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity in a technology setting
