Role- Jira Administrator
Location- MN Eden Prairie Office_10250 Valley View Road, Suite 113, Eden Prairie, MN, 55344(Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:-
- Utilize Jira to track and manage tasks, issues, and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication within the team
- Employ Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing, creating comprehensive and organized resources to facilitate team collaboration
- Stay up to date with Atlassian product best practices to transform client configurations
- Quickly learn and understand client processes and translate them into actionable requirements
- Troubleshoot issues related to Jira and Confluence
- Experience in administrating Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools such as GitLab and Artifactory
- Provide application support for Jira and Confluence
- Support Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Artifactory users
- Jira/Confluence maintenance and troubleshooting
- Completing assigned JIRA tickets in a timely manner within the defined SLAs
- Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plugins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation, and configuration of the plugins
- Define Jira workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high-impact projects
- Create Jira projects from scratch with a defined workflow and screen schemes
- Support and configure Jira plugins as required
- Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks
- Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports as required
Required Skills:
- Jira/Confluence Administration JIRA Service Management Administration JIRA Align Work Experience
- Experience with Postgres Database preferred
- Experience with GitLab and Artifactory Creation and Management of JIRA projects workflows and processes
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Backup, and Disaster Recovery Plans Kubernetes.
Administration Skills preferred
- Flexibility to Learn and Adapt May require evening and/or weekend work
- Excellent time management skills, being able to prioritize work and projects thereby meeting expected deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal Self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring new technologies
