Job Summary :
We are seeking a QA Architect to assess, define, and establish a scalable and efficient quality assurance framework across the organization. This role is focused on strategizing QA processes, defining governance models, and identifying automation opportunities, rather than direct implementation. The ideal candidate will provide thought leadership in test strategy, process optimization, and automation enablement to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Assess the current QA landscape, identifying gaps in processes, tooling, and governance.
Define and establish enterprise-wide QA frameworks, best practices, and governance structures.
Create a roadmap for test automation strategy, identifying the right tools and frameworks for long-term scalability.
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to align QA processes with business goals.
Design and implement quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluate and recommend test automation strategies, ensuring they align with CI / CD and DevOps practices.
Establish a structured QA Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
Guide and mentor QA leaders and teams, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience :
10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on QA architecture and process design.
Expertise in defining QA frameworks, governance models, and automation strategies at scale.
Strong understanding of test lifecycle management, risk-based testing, and compliance requirements.
Experience evaluating and selecting test automation tools and strategies (without direct hands-on implementation).
Familiarity with CI / CD processes, DevOps integration, and cloud-based testing strategies.
Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and drive QA transformation across teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on enterprise-wide quality strategy.
