Salesforce Director
Location: San Francisco, CA Bay Area preferred (Hybrid 2x/week 1st Monday in Oakland)
Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-hire considered must be open to full-time conversion
Open to Remote (PST strongly preferred)
Description:
- Client is hiring a Salesforce Director with Salesforce architecture expertise and strong people leadership and project oversight.
- This is a strategic and hands-on role where candidates will lead Salesforce initiatives, mentor a growing team, and work closely with stakeholders to shape their CRM vision.
- Candidates will oversee a Salesforce Manager and a team of 6 developers/admins, while also working closely with business leaders to align Salesforce to long-term growth.
- Client primarily on Sales Cloud but want someone who can drive adoption of Service Cloud, and has experience with PowerPath, which remains a key tool in our workflow for now.
- This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and people leadership someone who can architect scalable solutions while mentoring a team and driving organizational adoption.
Requirements:
- 10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including architectural design and solutioning
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud; strong understanding of Service Cloud and how to drive adoption
- Experience with PowerPath
- Proven leadership experience: mentoring, team development, performance reviews
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong preference for Bay Area/PST-based candidates; open to remote if aligned with West Coast time
- Ability to be onsite in San Francisco 2x/week and in Oakland 1st Monday of each month (flexible for the right person)
