This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by selling systems integration solutions to both government agencies and private companies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of technology solutions, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to navigate complex public sector procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with stakeholders in government agencies and private companies.
Present and demonstrate our systems integration solutions effectively to prospects, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Evaluate customer needs and align our solutions to address their specific business challenges.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding and communication of solution capabilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including project managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify additional opportunities.

Requirements:
Proven track record in selling Systems Integration and Consulting services to NYC, NYS public sector agencies is preferred.
Deep understanding of systems integration concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations (for government sales).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
