The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for streamlining and improving HR internal systems by: • Managing the development and implementation of meaningful metrics to analyze project performance.• Overseeing managerial, technical and analytical components of the project.• Collaborating with human resources (HR) staff and other agency staff to identify their data and system needs; assume the lead role in the development of new data and data reporting systems and in revising existing systems to reflect changes in the agency organization and needs.• Recommending new and best practice approaches, policies, and procedures for continuous improvements in efficiency.• Evaluating reports and effectiveness of HR initiatives in relation to established goals.• Guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery.• Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.• Collaborating with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications.• Assisting in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.• Managing risks and issues and develop contingency plans when necessary.• Implementing and managing change when necessary to meet project outputs.• Performing code reviews and ensuring high standards of quality.
The minimum qualifications required for this vacancy. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field and A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development including building modern web applications performing the role of technical lead.*ORA bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field andA minimum of 5 years of experience in leading technology projects including working with a cross-functional project teams as well as strong understanding of agile and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) frameworks*And *A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a software development team and going through all SDLC phases.Preferred skills: A minimum of 3 years of experience in building software application using cloud architecture such as AWS, Microsoft, Google or any public cloud vendorA minimum of 3 years of experience in building or leading Human Resource [HR] based products or software applications.
