Job Title: Warehouse coordinator
Pay Rate: $20.4 to $24/HR
Duration: 6 months
Location: Springfield, OR
Shift: 7 am - 3 pm

- Forklift experience is not required.

- The site uses SAP to capture relevant data in data processing systems.
Position Description:
- Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity).
- Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them, and provides the information if required.
- Takes care of the correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklifts, etc.).
- Captures relevant data in data processing systems.
- Arranges the acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods in the storage area and record them in the appropriate systems.
- Organizes regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
- Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy (e.g. quantity and article number about the respective delivery notes).
- Completes packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging, and other instructions (e.g. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework.
- Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods
- Completes transport inside and if applicable outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation.

Experience:
- 2-year vocational training up to 1-year experience needed.
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the related field of work, gained through a structured and focused two-year vocational training period
